Reader's Digest Building
The Reader’s Digest Building is a commercial refurbishment and fit out project. Works comprise of a new end of trip facility, lift upgrades, stair penetrations, façade remediation, new services, commercial kitchen and bar use, public domain works and rooftop garden.

Stockton House
50 Riley Street (previously known as 73 William Street) was a complete building refurbishment which included for a new lift core, fire stairs and amenities. To enable the new core installation, structural steel bracing was required through the entire building. In addition to the internal works, façade remediation works were also undertaken giving the building a much-needed facelift.

Sydney Jewish Museum
The Sydney Jewish Museum is a refurbishment and fit out project of the existing five level building. Works comprise of a new ground floor façade, feature spiral stair that will extend from lower ground floor up to level three, new skylight, exhibition and curatorial space, welcome hall, learning studios and office spaces.

78 Campbell Street, Surry Hills
78 Campbell Street is a five-level commercial building with a basement.
The works included demolition of the existing 2-storey building, excavation of the basement and the construction of four individual commercial tenancy levels and ground-floor retail. Each level has an exclusive lift and stairs access from a spacious secured Campbell Street entry lobby.

La Strada
The La Strada project is a 5-level exclusive boutique residential apartment project that incorporate a ground floor restaurant. The building features parking, shared roof top wellness, internal stairs, rooftop pool and an entertainment terrace.

3 Park Parade, Bondi
3 Park Parade, Bondi is a class two residential refurbishment and fit out of the existing four-storey building. Works comprise of a complete strip out of 13 existing units including the existing finishes, furnishing and services and installation of new including façade remediation works. New works include bedrooms, amenities, kitchens, lounge rooms and fire upgrades.

477 Pitt Street Lobby Upgrade
The 477 Pitt Street project consisted of a completed lobby refurbishment and upgrade whilst maintaining the building was fully functional for all tenants. The project consisted of heavy demolition and removal of a level one concrete slab, all new services, floor and wall finishes, feature joinery and sandstone. It features a large space housing a large public art wall and allowing for informal meetings.

477 Pitt Street Facade Upgrade
The second stage of 477 Pitt St consists of a complete façade upgrade. New rain screen façade cladding applied to the existing precast façade to address current façade safety issues whilst also transforming the appearance and performance of the asset. To facilitate the project 4 x cranes were installed to the project including for 13 mast climbers and an abundance of scaffolding.

Manly Wharf Bar
The Manly Wharf Bar project saw the complete strip out of the existing services, finishes and joinery to allow for the new. The works included a new architectural topping slab, feature joinery, new steel and aluminium shopfront consisting of both windows & doors, new commercial kitchen and a façade upgrade.

The Imperial Hotel
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the entire L1 area including two bars, pizza kitchen, dining rooms, lounge areas including the construction of the new rooftop bar.

D.O.C Pizza
An Italian restaurant located in Sydney’s Surry Hills the project consisted of a commercial kitchen which included a cool room, bespoke joinery, feature metalwork and stonework as well as a burnished topping slap and exposed feature brickwork.

P.E. Nation
P.E. Nation’s flagship store was a fit out completed Sydney’s CBD. The unique fit out comprised of rammed earth walls and Italian micro-cement floor finishes. Custom Perspex joinery with inbuilt LED lighting and hanging rails is a major feature of the project.
